Delivery & Collection

  • Do you do deliveries to my area?

We aim to deliver every order placed by mail & web. We deliver to various parts of the UK. with our own delivery team & we also offer pallet delivery options for our customers where we are unable to reach. Simply reach out by e-mail to find out which delivery options are available for your area.

  • Do you have a minimum order value for free deliveries?

We accept orders of any size, no minimum required.

  • What are your opening hours?

Stock & Inventory

  • Do you keep everything in stock?

Whatever is available on our website, we actually keep it in our warehouse. 

  • What should I do if I do not get an item I order?

You should contact us as soon as you received the order so we can check our record to do a refund. You have 48 hours to report a missing item or a misdelivery. 

Labelling

  •  Do you provide labels for imported products?

Most of the products we import from from EU come with labels on them. However, we are not able provide any label for imported goods from USA. If you have any concerns regarding these, please contact us before placing an order.
